We believe in our training. That's why eligible students who complete the qualifying guaranteed program may be covered by our money-back guarantee — subject to the program terms and conditions.
01Terms & Conditions
The guarantee is a written commitment, not a marketing line. Below is how it works — the detailed written terms are shared with every student at enrolment, and the enrolment copy prevails.
The money-back guarantee applies to students who enrol in DWC's qualifying guaranteed training program. Eligibility is confirmed in writing at the time of enrolment — ask the team for the current qualifying program structure before you begin.
The guarantee covers students who complete the full qualifying training path — Learning DNA, Reaction DNA and Confidence DNA — with regular attendance and completion of all prescribed sessions.
Completion means attending every scheduled session, following the instructor's training plan, and participating in the final road assessment. Missed or incomplete sessions may affect eligibility.
After completing the qualifying program, driving ability is evaluated through a structured road assessment. If a student who has genuinely completed the full program still cannot drive, they may qualify for the refund.
The guarantee does not apply to incomplete programs, irregular attendance, refusal to follow the training plan, or medical/licensing factors outside DWC's control. Specific exclusions are listed in the written terms provided at enrolment.
Eligible claims are raised directly with the DWC team, reviewed against the written terms, and processed as a full refund of the qualifying program fee. DWC was the first driving school in India to offer this guarantee in writing.
